"My wife's computer hard drive crashed and we could not tell if it was recoverable or not. Mobile Tech patiently explained the options, the odds and the cost of attempting a recovery with no pressure. We elected to replace/upgrade the hard drive. My sense was that they did everything they could to help keep our cost down -- like bugging me to dig out an old Windows 7 license so that we could save $99. They did the work in under 24 hours once we gave the go ahead, They replaced the hard drive and replaced as much of the lost software as they could by installing freeware to keep us rolling.
